Menu Leaning into the soul of fall in Door County—rooted in crisp air, golden fields and the final blush of late-season bounty. Each dish is designed around what local producers and foragers are bringing to the table, with warmth, depth, and a touch of rustic elegance.
To Begin Each guest will be welcomed with a seasonal mocktail—consider it your first taste of what’s to come.
Bring Your Own Bottle, Guided by Flavor This gathering invites you to bring your own favorite sips—but you won't be flying blind. Ahead of the evening, we'll share wine suggestions (emailed to you on October 16th) inspired by the tasting notes, so you can choose a bottle that complements the journey.
A Stroll Before Supper Guests are invited to explore the grounds while savoring a selection of passed bites—an opening chapter of flavor and ambiance lasting the first 40 minutes.

This ticket includes a welcome drink, passed hors d' oeuvres and a four course chef driven & introduced meal. Followed by coffee and time to tour the venue.
