For a delightful cocktail hour, we recommend serving 3-4 hors d’oeuvres for a 60-minute duration. If your cocktail time extends to 90 minutes or more, consider adding 1-2 additional selections.  To ensure your guests enjoy a satisfying experience, we will prepare 1.5 pieces of each item per guest.   Choose passed Hors d' oeuvres, stationary or stations.  We also offer beautiful grazing tables of cured meats, local cheeses, fruit, pickled vegetables, olives, crackers, local spreads and fresh baked bread.

We offer a variety of entree service options for you to choose from including plated service, family-style service, and self serve buffets.  For plated meals, we recommend selecting three main entrees, featuring two proteins a delicious vegetarian option. With family-style and buffet service, feel free to choose as many options as you'd like.  The side dishes are interchangeable.  Alternate sauces are also available. We are also happy to customize entrees for you based on your favorite meals.
