Classes in your kitchen

 

Do you need a little assistance in the kitchen? We offer in-home cooking classes to help you learn a new tricks, techniques, and recipes that will be just what you need to make cooking an everyday part of your life. I have taught in a variety of venues, including as an instructor at Flip Crepes, De Paul University’s Fitness Center, Now We’re Cookin’ and Lakeview Kitchen & Market. I believe that the best learning experience comes from using your own counter-tops and equipment, so you’ll be able to execute these new recipes again and again.

 

What You’re Getting

 

Classes are between 1 ½ and 3 hours, depending on the menu. All menus are custom designed to suit your tastes, skills, and kitchen equipment. You can choose to get hand’s on experience or just watch and learn as the chef prepares a multi course meal for you.

 

Location

 

Classes can be held in any kitchen in the Chicago area. No kitchen is too small to teach in, but also be prepared to use tabletops in living or dining areas as extra class space. In-home classes can be held for small groups of 4 – 16.

 

Menus

 

Menus can range based on an international cuisine, a holiday theme, a season or a technique.  See sample menus below.

 

Pricing

 

Pricing per person can range from $40-$95 per person dependent upon: menu, kitchen location, number of guests, equipment availability and additional service personnel. Once you have chosen your menu, we can talk about pricing.
