Cooking classes by Crave Cuisine
Do you need a little assistance in the kitchen? We offer cooking classes to help you learn new tricks, techniques, and recipes. Chef Lori has taught in a variety of venues, ranging from commercial kitchens, office spaces, tiny condo kitchens & empty spaces. I believe that the best learning experience comes from using your own counter-tops and equipment, so if you have the space, Chef Lori can come to you. If you and a small group of friends want to make an evening of it, Lori can open up her home kitchen to you (groups of 2-6).
What You’re Getting
Classes are typically about 2-3 hours, depending on the menu. All menus are custom designed to suit your tastes, skills, and kitchen equipment. You can choose to get hand’s on experience or just watch and learn as the chef prepares a multi course meal for you.
Location
Classes can be held in any kitchen in the Door County or Green Bay, WI area. No kitchen is too small to teach in, but also be prepared to use tabletops in living or dining areas as extra class space. In-your-home classes can be held for small groups of 1 – 16. Virtual cooking classes are available through zoom, facetime or facebook messenger. We provide you with the shopping list, equipment/supply list and the recipes.

Pricing
Pricing per person can range from $60-$150 per person dependent upon: menu, kitchen location, number of guests, equipment availability and additional service personnel. Once you have chosen your menu, we can talk about pricing.
