Hosted at CrossRoads at Big Creek. Join another aspiring chef at a cooking station to learn more about mushrooms from Michael of Door County Mushroom Company. Then, cook your mushrooms and prepare handmade pasta. Enjoy with a beautiful salad and local sourdough bread. Class starts at 12:00pm and will be about 2 hours long. $60 person.
