Ginger Scallion Ramen & Matcha Truffles

Discover these delicious dishes in a lively setting at Helioterra. You'll be greeted with a small pour of one of Anne's outstanding Helioterra wines and pair up in groups of two to create a wonderful meal. A welcome mocktail and delightful hors d'oeuvres will also be provided. Expect to cook for approximately 45 minutes before we all gather to savor our creations. Wines and other beverages will be available for purchase by the glass, as well as wine by the bottle.
