I am so glad I ordered from Crave Cuisine for my small family wedding weekend! Lori Terry is a true professional. She understood and delivered exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations with display, taste and variety. There wasn’t a dish I didn’t like, but some of my favorite dishes were the Hawaiian luau rice with ham, pineapple, coconut and macadamia nuts, yum! Also loved the grilled chicken pineapple kabobs. Also for breakfast the spinach & gruyere cheese quiche with hash brown crust was a huge hit! The antipasti charcuterie boards were beautiful and so tasty, especially the savory cheesecake. And lastly the two decadent desserts we ordered, both the puff pastry cherry hand pies and lemon ginger cheesecake bites…OMG!

Planning our Wisconsin wedding from California meant that we had to put a lot of faith into our vendors. As we sought out to choose our caterer, I knew my number one priority would be good communication, and Lori at Crave Cuisine was the best at communicating right from the start, which made me ultimately select Crave Cuisine for our catering. Lori was incredibly responsive, provided support and assistance when needed, and brought fun and creativity to the planning process. Although we didn’t try the food before the day of our wedding, I had no doubt in my mind that the catering would be amazing and truly, I could not have been more right about that. We’re about a month and a half out from our wedding and we still have guests telling us how amazing the food was. The entrees were delicious and healthy, and our appetizers and desserts were truly the stars of the show! Our guests loved our nod to Wisconsin – Crave Catering had the BEST butter ever, some of the most delicious cheeses of all time for our cocktail hour, and the most amazing pies of all time for dessert. Also, Lori made sure to take time out of the day on our wedding to introduce herself, make sure we were happy, and to let us know we’d have pie to take home with us (how thoughtful is that?!). I am so thankful Crave Cuisine was so communicative, reliable, and professional throughout the entirety of our planning and on our special day. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer!

Choosing to work with Lori was the very best decision we made in the wedding planning process. She was extremely thorough and meticulous, all while ensuring that we had the best experience possible. I'm not sure that 3500 characters will be enough to sing Lori and the Crave Cuisine team's praises. As a former event manager, and recent bride, I've worked with MANY vendors (and caterers) - that said, none have even come close to the level of accommodation, care, and love that Lori and Chef O put into their food. My husband is a cook and butcher making food the #1 priority for our reception. The talent behind these folks is one thing (I've been dreaming about the custom miniature GLUTEN FREE Danish meatballs that they served during our cocktail hour for 3 months now) but their passion for great cuisine and hospitality is another. I feel so lucky to have had them cook for our special day, and would eagerly recommend them to any and everyone in the market for delicious eats. Highlights: A fully gluten free menu for the Celiac bride, a fully seasonal and local menu to highlight the best of the Midwest, an in-home private tasting, THE MEATBALLS, beautiful tableside service, and so, so much more. In short, I LOVE Crave Cuisine and wish that we could have another wedding just so that we could hire them again!

I cannot recommend Crave Cuisine enough as a wedding caterer. Lori made all of the logistics and planning for the wedding so easy and straightforward, and she handled all of the details so professionally. She was so communicative throughout the entire planning process. Lori and Chef O were so collaborative and interested in our ideas for what we wanted to do to make our wedding unique. We wanted to do Eastern European appetizers for cocktail hour, and Lori and Chef O researched recipes and came to us with fantastic suggestions that we got to try in our food trial. The food across the board was incredible, and we got rave reviews from our guests about the service, both from the servers and bartenders. The Crave Cuisine team was also flawlessly able to serve my husband's homebrew all night at the bar, which involved extra planning and coordination. Lori also was our point person the day of the wedding and put together a BEAUTIFUL cookie table (a Pittsburgh tradition!) for our dessert. She and the team also put together to-go boxes of cookies as favors for our guests. We could not have asked for a better catering experience, and recommend them to any engaged couples!

We hired Crave Cuisine to cater our wedding, and if we could do it again, we would! Not only have we heard from several guests that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, but Lori Terry (owner of Crave Cuisine) also served as our day-of coordinator and handled every. last. detail. Leading up to the wedding, Lori was super quick to respond to our questions and requests, and throughout our wedding weekend, she made sure that we didn’t have to stress about a thing. She set up all of our reception décor, ensured our vendors were where they needed to be, and helped pack up and organize everything at the end of the night so we could spend more time with our guests. I can’t say enough great things about Lori and Chef Ollen. Hire them for your wedding or event and I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed.

Crave catered our wedding in September 2021 and did a wonderful job. We did tastings with three different vendors and Crave was far and away the best. The food was classic but elevated in a way that convinced us to go with them. Lori and Chef Ollen were friendly and approachable from day 1 and worked with us on the menu, type of services, and a million additional details over 9 months. They inspired confidence in a way that we knew the event would be a success. The wedding was held in my parents' backyard and they really helped us with decisions to make the day perfect. The service the day of the wedding was great. The servers and bartenders worked hard to make sure our guests were happy. We got a lot of compliments on the food. Everything was wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend Crave for anyone looking to cater an event with delicious food and a great aesthetic.

Still coming down from the weekend, Lori and her team did an absolutely outstanding job! Lori paid close attention to detail and cared for the special items to me (my Grandmother's bride and groom cake topper in it's original box was kept safe) Lori and her staff broke down extra tables to make room for dancing, helped get things out to the car at the end of the night, and even packed-up the family photo table I had set up. Not to mention dealing with a small loading zone and limited parking at our venue, she left room for all our other vendors, and coordinated with our florist and baker. My bouquet and the top layer of the cake were safely delivered at the end of the night along with my aunts Italian shoes she'd left upstairs! Not to mention all the chair covers and table covers and silverware that Lori organized/coordinated and looked fantastic. The food was hot and on time (oh - and tasted great!) Guests still raving about the Mac n cheese and grilled cheese late-night snack! My husband had a separate surprise vegan meal prepared for him as well! Could not recommend Crave catering highly enough! Really appreciate your work ethic, thank you Lori!!!!!!!

Crave Cuisine was the guiding light for our wedding reception during this pandemic in which we had to reschedule and modify our original wedding plans. Lori and Ollen just did the catering for my wedding of about 85, and all I can say is wow. Lori and Olan are so kind and made sure everything went according to plan for our big day. We attended a wonderful dinner party/in home cooking instruction that Chef Lori did last night for 15 people. Lori was great at handling the large group and answered everyone's questions. We got to vote on our favorite olive oils and vinegars which she then made 3 different dressings for a delicious salad. Overall the food was fantastic, the beef tenderloin melted in your mouth and the homemade pasta that everyone got to help make was great.  She made an impressive charcuterie tray and finished the meal with cannolis!  As guests, we had a really fun time, the host got to enjoy all her friends and the evening was easy.  Lori's staff made sure we had cocktails and anything else we needed.  They left the house spotless.  We will definitely hire Lori for our next dinner party

 

"Lori Terry and her staff at CRAVE CUISINE are simply first class all the way. The original plan was for Lori to provide appetizers for 35 people and serve drinks at a reception before my daughter's wedding ceremony in my home. Two months before the wedding my daughter decided she wanted to have dinner served in a tent in the backyard instead of going to a local, but excellent eatery after the ceremony. I immediately called Lori and asked if she could kick it into high gear and arrange a beautifully catered dinner for 50. Lori came out to the house with initial plans and not only handled the catering with flair, she also became our wedding planner, handling everything from table linens to flowers. Even though Lori was on vacation for a good deal of July, she answered all our questions and requests promptly via email. I was confident that that my home would look beautiful and my guests would have a top flight meal. As my daughter's wedding day drew closer, the myriad of detail questions increased, and Lori was always there for us... All deliveries occurred as promised and on the day of the wedding, Lori and her staff arrived very early for set-up, transforming my home and the tent into a beautiful and magical venue.The beef tenderloin and salmon were served to perfection - so many of the guests commented that they had never, ever eaten a catered meal that tasted so good. The margaritas were out of this world. When I commented on them, Lori told me that her bartender spent 3 hours the day before squeezing all the limes by hand. Lori's staff were just like her - professional and friendly, with the can-do attitude that made it seems like I had friends working in my house rather than a company hired just to do a job. This is obviously Lori Terry's passion, and she and her staff are to be congratulated for an outstanding job in every respect. I feel so lucky that I choose Crave Cuisine for one of the most important days of my daughter's life"
