The Heart of the Table
Menu Inspired by vineyard roots and untamed landscapes. Braised, blackened, and wrapped—deep flavors anchored by the season’s harvest and a whisper of indulgence.
To Begin Each guest will be welcomed with a glass of wine and a seasonal mocktail—consider it your first taste of what’s to come.
A Stroll Before Supper Guests are invited to explore the grounds while savoring a selection of passed bites—an opening chapter of flavor and ambiance lasting the first 40 minutes.
The Table Awaits at 6:45 PM Once seated, a surprise taste from the chef will welcome you—an edible hint of what’s to come—followed by a curated four-course journey.
